I feel better today then I did yesterday. I don't feel the same crazy desire to eat everything in site. I have been working really hard in spacing out things I eat, and making healthy choices. I am very lucky I really like kale, because I have been eating it almost every day at lunch. That's all for now. peace and weight loss.
