Yesterday i drank water but did not track felt good this morning so i must have got enough

So Wednesday suck hump day is a thing. So tired this morning dragged myself to the gym.

Tonight will be my second resistance training don’t know where i will find the energy, after each morning work out i meditate with head space for 10 minutes and this morning if it was a minute longer i would of fell asleep in the gym lobby
