All's well and now I have all week to get some pounds off before the weekend gets here, I'm 188 this morning so I should see at least 185 or lower by Sat. I'm not even eating all my points because it's just too much food, mostly because I pick very low point choices, and good healthy stuff. I've got to hit the exercises a little harder, I thought about digging my pilates tape out and doing it then goint and hitting the treadmill. Lorik, I'm trying to do your loose 4 pounds this week, don't count me out yet girl..
