Well I have been doing really well on South Beach all week. It is day number five for me. I have been reading the book and I am realizing, well I knew this before too,but, this has got to be lifestyle. A few weeks ago when I did it for 10 days, I lost like 5 lbs. Then once I went crazy and ate, drank like a pig I gained right away. There is no cheating anymore, because I am just cheating myself.
I know what I want. I want to be healthy. And I am a lot healthier and stronger than I was when I first started excercising and dieting a year ago. Iv'e been working out hard again and it feels good. I love working out, it makes me happy.
Feeling a little depressed today because I am not seeing anything happen ont he scale.
