I did a shorter, easier workout last night and I'm sore today. I had thought about trying to wake up this morning to get today's workout done, but waking up sore made me think that tonight will be better. Anyway, I did my workout last night, drank more water, and didn't snack horribly even though I wanted to, so I'm taking that as a win.
Tomorrow, my daughter will be gone overnight and my son and hubby will be gone for a few hours in the evening, so that means I'll have the house to myself for the first time in I don't know how long. Peace and quiet, even if only for a few hours. I will probably spend it reading for my class, but at least I'll have some time to myself to get that done. I'm trying to think of something I can have for dinner that the hubby and kids won't eat. Maybe I'll try a new recipe or something. Someone here had talked about making stuffed peppers, maybe I'll try that. Hmmmm. Decisions, decisions.
