防彈可可,胃不會痛,狀況比昨天好,沒有頭暈、心悸(但心跳還是很快、發熱),果然是因爲咖啡因⋯⋯_(´ཀ`」 ∠)_
開始喝水才覺得口渴、蛋白質感覺還是攝取不夠、有另外補充鹽分(心跳會慢一些?);身體本身好像開始不會特別想吃澱粉?
睡眠品質待觀察。
