Hello all. So today is day one for me. I started with an akins shake for breakfast. I have started an akins friendly dinner for tonight. so far day one is ok, but thats how it always starts. I am keeping positive. I do not know what the best exercise plan is for me yet, but i well start on my wii fit i believe and work up from there. Sara
