Hello all. So today is day one for me. I started with an akins shake for breakfast. I have started an akins friendly dinner for tonight. so far day one is ok, but thats how it always starts. I am keeping positive. I do not know what the best exercise plan is for me yet, but i well start on my wii fit i believe and work up from there. Sara

Today is day 3 for me. I always start out good too then I lose interest. Let's just keep posting and reading everybody else's successes and stay positive. We can do this! Welcome to the group.

Thanks flowerdude and janaclare. I hope i can stay positive seems like i will be able to having all of u to chat with. gives me something to post in everyday. i get lonley and i lose intrest when i am by myself.
