An up day today put on weight. I changed up my drink plan a bit, was finding just drinking water was not working it was boring so i was not doing it so I attribute the extra pound to being probably hydrated in the morning for once.
I don’t understand why they need to have tv’s in the locker room at the gym there are ties all over the gym and on most of the cardio machines. I like to listen to podcasts and audio books and having espn and the news on is just distracting.
Anyway new week ready to power through!
