Yesterday was interesting I had a last minute change of plans and was not home at my normal dinner time. I went looking for a bagged salad but to no avail. Now i have a decision to make to i try and find something “healthy” on the menu at a bowling alley, not a very likely scenario or do I wait? I decided to wait and was surprised how not hungry i was. Even eating 4 hours late. Lesson learned “hunger” is often craving and it will pass.
