I did it!!!
I survived Thanksgiving Dinner! I divided my plate, half veggies, quarter meat, quarter mash and dressing. Mmmmmmmmmm! Had half a piece of pumpkin pie with whip and stayed within my daily points!!!!! I was so worried I would over eat but stuck with my plan of attack. I enjoyed supper so much more then I ever have!
Will see Tuesday night if my efforts have paid off!
