Dinner tonight~ baked Alaskan Cod seasoned with Old Bay, shredded sweet potato hash browns (onion, garlic, pepper). Paired with Chardonnay 310 cals IDK why my plate always looks so big. I usually serve my meals on a saucer.

It's beautiful. I think the 'close up' gives the illusion of a full dinner size plate. The saucer is perfect for portion control - as well you know. I think our modern saucers aren't much bigger than dinner plates used to be in the past.

Looks so delish! I love Old Bay. Need to look at fish at the store just so I can use it!!!!! Onward, friend.

@Blinkytexas, Thanks! and I put OldBay on most meats (except for steak & pork). Its so good on chicken... baked, chicken wings etc. I've even sprinkled it on sauteed veggies & potatoes. Oh, and eggs!

What a pretty picture! Oh, and the food looks tasty too... But I can't get over the photo! 😁 ❤️ The color... Condensation on the wine glass... The plate! Bravo!

Lovely looking plate. I have some sweet potatoes and that sounds like a wonderful way to use them.

@melissa, I have to admit that condensation on the glass of wine is very appealing hehe. thank you for the compliment. @tatauu, they crisp up real nice too! I used a cast iron griddle and it takes so little time.
