😅 back on track with my diet and lost the 4lbs I’d gained back plus 2 more now I just need to get back to my exercise complete disinterest in that but I always feel better once I do it just have to remember that part
62.0 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
