Well it is my second day on with phase one. I am feeling a little anxious, I think it was work. It made me pissy and antzy!
My boyfriend is making a yummy dinner though. BBQ chicken cooked really slow, so it should be amazing. Plus he is a really good cook.
I love to workout. It feels good having been more consistant like I used to. Feeling anxious about the diet. THinking about booze and wanting to cheat. but I just need to push through!
I CAN DO THIS
I need to remember, I will never weigh as much as I do today Again. Ever. This is a lifestyle change.
