Yesterday went better than expected. I did get a little hungry around lunch time, but I drank plenty of extra water and it curbed the hunger. I am glad I decided to break the fast while at work because at 3:00 I was ready to eat. The chicken salad was just enough. Had I been home, I probably would have devoured as much food as possible. I then had to wait until getting home around 4:30 to eat again, which I had a teaspoon of peanut butter (my addiction) and a cup of coffee with cream that held me perfectly until dinner. I count day 1 of the Fast 5 a success.
Today, I'm a little hungrier than yesterday at this time. I'm guessing because I don't have a day's worth of food stored from yesterday. I will continue on and hope that work keeps me too busy to notice.
