I am going to try the Fast 5 diet while continueing to eat low carb. My target eating hours are from 3 pm until 8 pm. I feel like getting through the first part of the day without eating will not be difficult. I am worried that from 1-3 will be a challenge for me. I thought I would break my diet with some veggies before I left work to keep me from being so ravenous when I get home. My veggies look pretty bad this morning, so today I will break it with some left over chicken salad and then stop at the grocery for a few fresh veggies for the rest of the week. My hope is that since I am continueing low carb this will help me to eat a better number of calories and still go to bed satisfied rather than wanting something else. And, if I cannot wait the 19 hours before eating, I will not have damaged my original diet.
