Day one on the GAPS diet!! My Dr. prescribed it (including lots of fermented foods, raw milk, and low fiber vegetables) to repopulate my gut with bacteria. I’m willing to try it if it can cure the chronic constipation following systemic antibiotics I took 3 years ago. I thought I was eating very healthy before, but it’s worth trying if it makes my colon so happy 😊💩👍. Here’s to successful pooping.
