You're doing just fine! Honestly, I look at it one snack or meal or drink at a time and consider how well I've done the meal/day before. If I chose to "cheat" or have something I shouldn't, I take a bite and put it down. If I chose to have another, then fine. I try to only have 1/2 of a portion at best if I chose to have something "naughty". ;) Then, I try to have a cheese stick or boiled egg along with it and water to get full and have a the feeling of satisfaction stay with me for a while. Don't let the "weekend" be a grey cloud, just take it one mouthful at a time! Throw in a bit of walking, maybe window shopping quickly through a mall?? and you're good to go. :) Keep it up!
