Stayed the same this week. Next weigh in Saturday morning. I do notice that as my weight drops that my daily calorie needs have also dropped. I will need to adjust how I eat on up days. Probably eating two lower calorie meals and having one meal of my choice on up days. I'll also use the "Eat this not that books too help make wise choices.This has been a journey.
