Thanks! It has been 2 months since I stopped tracking intake and have stayed about the same average just still doing keto/IF, mainly because that's how I like to eat. No desire to add in carbs so this seems sustainable. IF is the key for me I think, as it keeps my bad habits away (can't eat when the rules say not to, easy to follow that). I think without that limit my weight creeps back up or I'd have to start tracking again, which is fine when I'm on the mission but it does take it's toll. Mainly if I eat a lot in a day, I will just eat a single meal the next day and it seems to all average out in the end.
