Read and interesting article (Thanks Info!) had some lunch (1/2 breast of baked chicken...no skin & SF Jello)and tonight I'm off to the gym. I do feel better afterwards, like I've accomplished a goal so its important part of what I have to do. I have stopped measuring how many calories I burn and I focus more on length and strength of the work out. I won't beat myself up because one day I can do a machine at one level but the next day do the same machine but at an easier level. As long as I'm moving, feeling good and sweating, I'm ok. The same can be said about sex but I won't go there.
