My upper back is out.. and it kills me EVERY time I have to burp. And since I've had a few drinks tonight, it's hurting pretty bad.. lol.
I did pretty well today, considering the junk food... Only had 1 serving of tostitos chips, and salsa..and the rest veggies to dip into my salsa/queso mix. It was freaking awesome. I got so full off that that I didn't need to eat a real dinner. (I say that, as I'm snacking on a protein yummies mini-buffet.. :) ). and I COULD have had major junk food after my "after-drinks" munchies..but I didn't. SO yay for me!
What sucks it that tomorrow is when we're doing our BBQ... so, ribs will be calling my name.. and you can bet your happy tushies I'm having 3. That's what I'm limiting myself to.. and my dad has to what his numbers, so the meat won't be too fatty. And I'm going to have a major salad to go with, since everyone else will be eating chips and such. My splurge will be those ribs and a daquiri.. :)
