Yesterday, 100 protein, 119 fat, 55 carbs, mct once, progranola twice, omelette, cheeseheads, yogurt, nuts before bed
71.3 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
