Not that I am not thrilled to have a loss, BUT I would love to see a little more once in awhile. Oh well, not to worry.
I had 11 points left after dinner, so I took the kids to Dairy Queen and I had a Hawaaian blizzard. I still managed to stay within points. Yummy!! What a treat.
I am off to Curves this am. It's raining here, so I don't know if there will be swimming lessons this am. We'll have to see. Not sure what will be on the agenda for today.
Hope you all have a great day!

Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Losing one pound a week is fantastic, especially if you can keep it happening consistently! Just think of it in the bigger picture. If you keep losing one pound a week, you will be at your goal by October 16th! I love seeing an actual date. It somehow makes it seem more real. I'm envious of your blizzard indulgence! That Hawaiian one must be new. Sounds yummy :D
