Not looking forward to weighing in this week. I have a feeling that I either stayed the same, which would be fine, or I have gained. I really have not exercised the way I should have this week, been busy with the kids. Well, if the scale doesn't go down, just have to work harder next week. Actually, people at work have said that I have had a better attitude and that they can see that I have lost weight. Makes you feel good!! Lets see what Friday is going to bring.
