Still going strong on the Daniel's Fast. I have four more days to go and I've lost 10 pounds in two weeks. After the first week, it got a lot easier and I had way more energy than I knew what to do with. I'm running 30 minutes three times a week right now and it's getting easier and easier. It's true what they say, "the first step is the hardest". After the fast, the challenge will be to keep what I've learned at the forefront of my mind as I incorporate more foods into my lifestyle change.
