1st week of Induction and it's been great! My biggest challenge has been learning the program and making sure I am following correctly. I was able to do this with using the food journal on this site (extremely helpful!) Hunger and cravings were no problem and I felt satisfied throughout the week! I'm looking forward to moving forward!
