@Permata : senin pagi nimbang 82.9kg kak... karna puasa dan makannya full buah pagi ini nimbang jd 80.9kg..😅

@jelita : turun 2kg kak... tp biasanya klo diet GM ini emg stlh menu buah bb turun byk tp stlh hari selanjutnya paling brp gram aja yg turun..😅
