So, I weighed myself this morning as I was curious to see about water weight, period, sodium, etc with yesterday's weigh in..the good news is today it was about a pound less than yesterday, that makes me feel a little better and a little bit more recharged. Hoping for a good day, supposed to be beautiful here today, 74 and sunny, finally some cooler whether, now maybe I can get an extra mile in today without wanting to die from heat exhaustion!
