Yesterday, 5x5 leg workout, 64 protein, 135 fat, 16 carbs, mct in the morning, coconut oil at lunch, yogurt, omelette, nuts before bed
72.3 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.3 kg a Week
