Wow!! What a difference journaling your food makes. It's not like I have not done this a few thousand times before, BUT I am way under today. I think this is due to conscious eating instead of mindless eating. What a psychology lesson!! I was not hungry today either. Can't say it's this easy all the time, but I'll take it as it comes. I can afford a treat for dessert.

It is easy to get complacent about counting the food and "think" we have it right. You were smart to get back into counting (at least for a "refresher course"). You are sure to benefit from your diligence :)

Yea! Good for you being able to see the correction needed to be made!! It is not always easy to admit that we are so far off track until we sit down and see it in black and white. Keeping control is key! Keep up the great work! :)
