A good day...

Annual physical early this morning with great results! 👍🏻

Hangin' with the big boys now on the volume workouts finally! 💪

The worst part of the day was that I wasn't able to decide between Mint Oreo or Pumpkin Pie Blizzards... so I got both 😊

Keilin...I don't post my fast food or my snacks for same reason. I eat more crap on the weekends in which I am spending more time enjoying life (and my snacks) than on my phone...your pictures are beautiful =) Some times I have kitchen fails and make food that taste horrible but looks delicious! I don't post that either. lol.

When I said "And for those who post "non crap", they may not post "crap" as often" ...wasn't saying they are right for not posting "crap"..saying that many do 80/20 or 90/10 but it may appear differently depending on what they post

Okay, on the way to 200 comments. To post or not to post junk food, that is the question, rhetorically speaking.

People should post what they want.

The thing is: even if we don't post it or don't log it, the body will still do it. 🙆‍♀️ A lady here doesn't like me too much because I criticized her because she didn't log the carbs she ate because "she didn't not want to mess up her perfect macros for that day". 🤦‍♀️

LMAO Keilin. I log it all even when I am embarrassed about it because I need to do it for me. What if I only logged up to 1800 calories a day? Ha.

And she has a group of people following what she is doing. I thought she was not a good example, and I told her🙊. I am probably to hard with others. 🙆‍♀️😐 Stop judging people, and love them no matter what, is on top of my new year's resolution list. Guys, It's a hard job to love your neighbors.

I am embarrassed of my binge eating days too, but we have to be honest with ourselves. 👍💞💙

Rhetorically speaking - If you ask a rhetorical question it means you don't necessarily expect an answer, but you do want an occasion to talk about something. Rhetoric is the art of written or spoken communication. ... But nowadays if we say something is rhetorical, we usually mean that it's only good for talking. Mine is not to criticize nor analyze. Record/post or not, the choice is yours.

Sorry Erq...I just wanted to make sure my comment wasn't taken out of context and misinterpreted as saying don't post junk.

Keilin...I don't find you mean at all. Maybe you feel it on your insides...but, to me, I don't see it.

Courtney, you don't need to be sorry. I love your honesty and great comments. 😘 Plus I win the 200th post!!!!

How was the pumpkin pie blizzard?

Several of us are rather talkative, Kristin! Courtney, one of my favorite behaviorists is Dr. Randall Sprick. I had the pleasure of taking several of his workshops. One of his favorite sayings is, "They can't get your goat if they don't know where it's tied." So, really, it takes a lot to anger me. No snowflakes in my circle. ❤️❄️❤️

Nope, Chris likes lots of comments. 😘😖😁

Why I can't see my comments! 🤔😐

Keilin, close the app for a moment, then reopen. You should then see your comments.

lol...I don't know how healthy protein bars and powders are... but from most the days I clicked on - didn't seem too bad. A lot of cereal. You really like cereal. lol.

Keilin, my vitamin D is always low as well, but I am type 2 to 2.5 sun wise (I tan very progressively and burn easily if I don't protect my skin). I actually wear SPF50+ every day because I had pre cancer issues 10+ years ago. I mean, it's not a big deal, just getting your supplement every 3 months.
