A good day...

Annual physical early this morning with great results! 👍🏻

Hangin' with the big boys now on the volume workouts finally! 💪

The worst part of the day was that I wasn't able to decide between Mint Oreo or Pumpkin Pie Blizzards... so I got both 😊

Congrats on the dessert. And the rest. You can keep eating crap till your next check up 😂 I am like your wife. I don’t have problems with sitting, preferable at my place with closed windows, with minimal lighting and my laptop. That’s the best place in the world. Tell her to go to the gym like if she would go to a library 😉

That’s exactly what I mean. You don’t go to the library to chit chat right. Everyone is doing his or her thing. So it’s the same with the gym. I imagine a balloon around me too, a kind of limitation or protection. I don’t talk to anyone and have an ever resting bitch face because I don’t want anyone to talk to me either. So using the library is a not bad analogy, it helped me cope with the mechanism of putting myself out of my comfort zone. Instead of feeding your brains, you feed your body, it’s logical.

I told my doc how I eat and he didn't seem to care as long as I was healthy. One persons crap is another person's treasure. I also see crap sometimes when people post their healthy meals. It's a sometimes food, lol.

It's fine to be critical of things, we are all unique in our thoughts. Food with little nutrients can be seen as crap. I think being sedentary is crap. It's fine. We are individuals. I know text can give the impression that someone is irritated but I RARELY ever get truly irritated. You're one of my faves. :)

My bloodwork results were pretty good too, except for the vitamin d deficiency. I eat a lot of chocolates and cakes daily, I don't post them though, probably i am healthy because; If you don't post it, it didn't happen! 🤔🤷‍♀️

Yes, Erquiaga, I am, I went for second time to the doctor and it was still a little low, so she told me I have to be taking vitamin D for the rest of my life.

From some of what I have seen on some of your food diaries, many do not eat crappy. At least the days I happen to click through. The "non-crap" may not get posted as often...for whatever reason...but if you are doing 80/20 it's all good!

AMT, I don't post my chocolates daily because I don't have time to post them, i eat them before I think about it jaja .I used to post my food every single day, but I am eating almost the same thing and people get tired, also because I don't give explanations of what is it on my plate and my pictures are not as beautiful as yours.
