I have to pat myself on the back for being persistent with exercising. I feel better already! Seriously I don't feel so flabby and I tell where my muscles are again. And its only been a week. Looking back, I think I waited too long to do this. It doesn't take too much to fit in 1/2 of exercise a few times a week.
