Weighing in o day 8 after a down day. 148.6 I'm liking the results. Need to do some deliberate exercise other than my day job which gives me a good calorie burn but doesnt target specific body areas. So fo people out there who wonders if this works it does for me. Do you have to stick to shakes for the Down Days. No. Check out my Diet Calendar.
67.4 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
