I love them too. But I cut mine into fourths and gave 3/4 to my grand daughter and ate the other 1/4. Delicious and did not go over my carbs.

Good reminder. I should go have one of these before I get strict about keto again. Then again, if I accept I'm just going to lchf, I can have one, right?

@FullaBella I try to keep carbs at a limit of 50g a day or less, so I guess i’m not as strict with the keto diet. Hopefully you can fit some in before your diet or maybe with it if you can. ☺️

Whole apples like that aren't that bad. Since you are eating the fiber with the sugar you body doesn't as big a sugar spike as if you just drank the juice.

Everyone's carb limits in keto are different; some eat as much as 100 g per day and still maintain ketosis. I am T2D so my limits are 20 - 30 g daily.

You have to report them. There is such a feature and fatsecret mods or something will delete them. If it is your own journal, you can delete any messages you want.
