And obviously, moderation attempts don't work for all because some can't moderate. I see people who's weight fluctuates on the same numbers for months.

Ireland, the statement that older people are less likely to be able to eat what they want than younger people (and what is the age range of older people, we are all older than someone).

That belief is akin to people believing the time of day matters, or that several small meals stokes the metabolic furnace, or that carbs make you fat etc. It's just another myth.

It’s simply another excuse for people to Throw our there “i don’t make progress cause I’m older.” Instead they should say “I don’t make progress because I don’t take this seriously and I keep eating too many calories for my body size and activity level.”

When I did it in my 20's, they said it was my age, now that I'm close to 40 they will say the same thing. Meanwhile, we have plenty of people doing it at 50, 60, and 70 years of age. What is it for them? A law of the universe doesn't change because of the age of our flesh.

Well people throw those things out there I think mainly cause they don’t understand they don’t need as much. A growing teenager needs more food to grow. We don’t lol. We need it to fuel our bodies for our activity level and that’s it.

People often say; I used to eat all the food I wanted and I was thin, but now that I am older I get fat just looking at the food pictures! Of course when get older we will need less food, specially if we have a sedentary lifestyle. Diablo is getting old (🙊) , he eats a lot but he is also very active.
