Like a chubby little baby roo learning to stand and hop... Pix aren't exactly flattering but was trying to get up and then hopping to keep my balance. Um yeah, so sometimes i may have some impulse control issues...

Right?? I saw them at the state fair and i just couldn't stop thinking about them. Just getting into them and hopping for a few minutes is a workout for me, lol!

Ty @nike. i appreciate the concern! Everyone says they look dangerous, but really they will just let me do the kinds of exercises i am doing with less damage to my joints. I am just going to be hopping in my room in front of the tv! They are like huge shock absorbers. I realized i have broken a foot and a toe and i have plantar fasciitis (which is improving w/weight loss), so i really take it easy on my feet. No plyos, no hops. So i am excited to be able to jump up and down again, which i have been afraid to do and too heavy to do for years.

And obviously they help with balance and core strength.

Glad they are allowing you to jump around and they do look like fun - I just worry :) And be careful the dog doesn't try to get involved like mine does - I've almost hurt myself badly trying to avoid her :):):):)

LOL, she hates them and hightails it under the bed. My last dog had to be gated out or it was 68# of golden retriever love jumping in on the action. Yeah, they could really hurt a less timid/sensible dog. 😄

@Ireland, search rebounding or kangoo jumps on youtube. Bonus points for searching kangoo jumps fireball. I am a little obsessed with that video. (It is like 3 minutes.) You can see larger ladies doing it in the back. Seriously i think my abs are in for a beating, but looks sooooo fun!!

It really looks like fun. I wanted to see you in a video! I have a mini trampoline at home, I have had many through the years because they break but it is a good way to let off some stress.
