Anti-natal classes end late. We're going to be using take-away food to feed us for supper. Having said this, I've realized that there are no healthy choices at any take-away destination, only better choices. After reading "Don't Eat This Book." I DO NOT eat McDonalds and would prefer to suckle on my car seat! I had a piece of fish that looked like it actually came from a fish, rice instead of chips and a tiny portion of coleslaw. Feeling good today after a neat walk on the treadmill and a bit in the steam room.
