I have not been eating enough. We are moving next week and I have not been replacing things I run out of so I don't have to move them, so my choices are limited by that. I also had to take a course of steroids for my allergies (I couldn't breathe for like 3 months before I finally broke down and took them) and they always make me gain a few pounds. Hopefully after the move I can get back on the right track. I'm actually only taking in 15-20 carbs a day and less than 1500 cals.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
