To my surprise last week I lost two pounds after completing the yoga challenge in which I basically went to yoga 5 days a week and completed seven classes every week for a month. I didn't think that I would lose anything as a matter of fact I wasn't losing. I'm seriously hoping that this is the start of weight loss again. I started off losing every week and then nothing for a month. Actually a little weight gain, but not more than one pound.

I'm changing my outlook and although I continue to struggle at times, I'm still trying. It has been a hard and lonely three months. Lonely because I have to encourage myself or go to FS website to try and find encouragement through other people's accomplishments. I need to change from the inside out as well. Stay motivated, stay strong and most of all...Don't let the scale dictate how I feel about myself. I'm beautiful no matter what!!!
