Bleh. Not doing so well. I'm eating way too much. Not unhealthy food mostly, but way too much. I need to slow it down. I think it will help if I plan out my meals in advance. And NO excessive snacking. A little healthy food in between meals is fine. I should probably start cutting down on my avocado regime and add a little variety haha. Tomorrow will be better and I will be able to weigh myself before vacation (tuesday). Tomorrow: Breakfast: Special K cereal with fruit. 1 boiled egg for protein. Lunch: salad and some form of carbs. Dinner: Not sure where i'll be so i'll wait on that one...
I didn't get much exercise today. Just a car wash fundraiser. But tomorrow I have soccer practice. I would write more but I'm super tired.
