Woke up a little later today with 9 hours of sleep & noticed the 2 lb weight loss. It was a busy Friday (even on Vacay) & never thought of the calorie burn vs. the intake. Protein was 188g, that was efficient, one reduction was water so need to watch that in the future.
Hit the gym this morning with 40 other people & partnered up. The 20 different teams were perfect as we had 4 different stations with 5 spots!!
Hybrid - Strength I go/You Go - 4x (39 minutes) • Landmine Lateral Raises switch arms 8/side, 4x Tempo Push-ups • Tire Flip 2,4,6,8,10, run 150m after each flip sets w/partner (5 times) • 5x Chin-ups, 10x Renegade DBs • 5x/Leg Box Step-ups weighted, 20x BWS
Conditioning: • 12 Lunges • 2 Burpees • 20 Jumping Jacks • 3x
