I think I have it sussed. to exist I need 2199 cal. If I eat less than that I will very very slowly lose weight. Activity added to 2199 I will lose quicker. It takes a 3000cal difference in a week between food intake and cal out to lose 1 pound. Therefore to lose 1 pound eating 1800cal a day-12600cal a week. -- exist 15393cal a week.--2793cals(no pound loss)+ 207cal exercise =1pound loss. So 3207cals exercise a week = 2 pounds, this equates to 458 cal a day in activities a day. so 2657cal used is what I should be aiming for so I will go for 2800cals.
