Increased walking. Keeping food diet. Only one day over 2000. I have only lost one pound. I have noticed fat content could be lower.I have dropped to 1800 intake.No more sweets even though my daughter made me lovely tablet.No more biscuits. I have not been drinking enough water - must increase that.Walk more.I was squished sitting on the bus yesterday so more determined to be slimmer on the plane.
