Almost two weeks postpartum and down 10.5kgs from the day I delivered my daughter. I’m not as hungry as I thought I would be breastfeeding but still, I think most of my weight loss, apart from baby, is fluid. Sweating and peeing like crazy. Looking forward to getting back into weight training six weeks from now.
