Stayed the same this week. I did have a few less controlled up days and not as much physical activity. In March I will be switching to carb cycling. Then probably back to Atkins. I like the variety. So far Atkins and the Alternate Day Diet have both worked well for me.
69.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
