I am so not doing good so far this weekend..eating out a lot and that never turns out good on the scale. I am hoping the weather is decent tomorrow so I can get my butt out there and do a little extra exercise!

Oh gosh! I am not doing good either...I forced my butt to run/jog last night so weigh in was good this morning - tonight not so much. I JUST DON'T FEEL LIKE IT!!! All I want to do is eat CHOCOLATE! I am thinking of skipping weigh in tomorrow so I won't get discouraged. One good thing is : NO ALCOHOL YET!!! We'll do better tomorrow

You weighed in today didn't you..dont weigh in tomorrow if you did, that will just aggravate you. Try to wait till Monday if you can, but I get why you do it. HANG IN THERE, I need to take my own advice as well. I am now finding that when I eat bad I am in a bad mood, no good..need a kick in the pants!!

YES SO TRUE!! When I eat healthy I feel more vibrant and energetic...totally opposite today because of the FastFood and Sugar. DUH ME!!! I gotta get it together and fast. Please kick me in the pants hard lol

You don't need the kick in the pants goofball, your at least losing..I need it. I really want to see at least half a pound of weight loss this week and I am afraid it is going to be the same or more, especially that this week is the week of my period, however, the week before, which has been this past week, is when I eat the most, not the actual week of my period. Today is the day that one of my buddies is supposed to send me a plan, I am interested to see what it is. Have a good day, eat well. :)
