No hangover! Which is good because I get them super easily. I don't really feel like weighing in today, but I definitely will before my vacation. I'm also going to make sure I'm keeping my calories counted.
Guess what i'm having for breakfast! More avocado! I can't stop. I realize I have a problem with eating too fast, which can make you gain weight. So I'm going to work extra hard to break that bad habit. I'm going to make sure I take sips in between bites and savour my food instead of just wolfing it all down.
We have a small vegetable garden in our yard and, this year, my dad planted WAY too much lettuce. So I've been eating a ton of salad. I'm grateful for the massive quantities of home grown veggies. They are the best for you.
If I do well today I will work up the courage to weigh myself tomorrow. I don't have any exercise planned for today. Just a car was fundraiser for my soccer team. Supersize vs Super Skinny says that car washing actually burns quite a few calories. Even so, I might take a trip to the gym as well.
