Been watching what I eat, and entering my food intake daily. My family, that was visiting, all left this past week. Amazing how the kids leave and I began to lose weight. It seem liked all I was doing was cooking for people, when they were in my home. It was like a bomb went off inside our place...lol. Love my grandchildren, but what a handful they were. Now we are back to having our home again, and back onto my diet plans.

Love it when they come, love it when they leave! My grandson just went back to Alaska, took me three days to recover. But I'd do it all again tomorrow!

My stepson and his wife have four little girls ages 2, 4, 6, and 8, and we have a very small house. When they visit, we all get a little squirrelly, including the dog! The four-year-old is a T1 diabetic and her mother is trying to get into keto, so that helps me with meal planning. I get the children outside, chalking up the driveway with artwork, and they love that.
