Family & I went to Chinese buffet tonight for my dad's birthday dinner. I wasn't sure how to log it because I didn't have the nutritional values & this restaurant isn't on the list. I think I did ok though. I had 2 pieces of fried fish, 1 bbq rib, 1 egg roll, 3-4 ounces roast beef ( rough guess). Everyone told me I needed to eat more. Mom asked what I had eaten today & I said eggs & bacon for breakfast. She was happy I'd had 2 'real' meals today. She told everyone leave me be. So I became the food runner for everyone else. Got me some extra steps in.😉 It was fun being out with my family. We talked , shared pictures, ate, everyone had a great time.
